You can organize two types of special sessions at ICSP 2025: a mini-symposium, composed of one longer (40-minute) « semi-plenary » talk, thought to be more introductive to mini-symposium subject, and three or four shorter ones (2 hours session); or an invited session of four talks of 25 minutes.
The submission of mini-symposium and invited sessions will open on November, and require the name and an abstract for the session, the name of the speakers and tentative talk titles. Deadline for submissions is January 31 2025, acceptance decision will be communicated by February 15th. Due to the limited number of mini-symposium sessions spot, some might be changed to invited sessions.
There is a one talk maximum per participant rule.
